Multiple Marathon Monday: Run Multi or Single?

There is no question that I love to run multiple marathons! However, at this point in my running “life”, I am trying to refocus a bit and concentrate on quality rather than quantity. There are many fine marathon runners who can do a mix (runners like Michael Wardian and Chuck Engle), but I am not one of them! So this looks at the pros and cons of multiple marathons to see if that is right for you at this time.
