United Airlines is running another reduced award offer – this time to Hong Kong. The offer is for 20% off the regular award price. That means the award trip will cost 64,000 miles instead of 80,000 miles for the roundtrip purchase.

The discounted offer is coded into the award system so you do not need to do anything for this award. There is a registration box on the offer page but it does not appear to be necessary to be able to book the discounted awards.
Here are the details:
- Promotion period ends at 11:59 p.m. on February 1, 2015 (must book before then).
- Offer is valid for travel beginning on or after March 2, 2015, and completed on or before April 20, 2015. Discounted Saver Award is valid only for travel between the United States (excluding Hawaii) or Canada and Hong Kong.
- Discount is valid only for roundtrip travel in Economy.
- Discount is valid only for travel Monday through Friday.
