This offer has been ongoing for over a month but the last day of registration is tomorrow. You will receive the rebate on points used through July 31, but you must register no later than tomorrow!

The following is some of the post I wrote about this deal last month. Register before it is too late – it only takes a moment and does not cost you anything to sign-up!

Get 20% Hyatt Points Back As A Cardholder

Hyatt announced a great new promotion that presents another great reason to have the Chase Hyatt card. With this promo, Chase Hyatt cardholders will receive a 20% rebate on their point redemptions.

Apply For The Chase Card?

Unfortunately, this offer is only for current cardholders, but if you are not a cardholder, it would make a good time to go ahead and apply so that you have one for any other promo that comes along Hyatt later confirmed that as you as you have the Hyatt card at some point (as in currently a cardholder), you are eligible for this offer!. Besides, the two free nights you get after spending $1,000 and the annual free night are pretty great reasons for the card as well. My wife and I both keep this card simply because of the annual “free” night. We have great redemption nights every year and only paying $75 (annual fee) for those nights is a great benefit. Of course, the occasional spending promotions are pretty great as well.

  • can I register for the promo now and apply for the card next month and get it approved before I actually redeem the points?

  • Piggy backing on the previous question, if I apply today or tomorrow and register will I still get the 10% rebate?

      • If you apply today and are approved, you would be a cardholder in good standing and should be fine. I would call them (as it will likely not work online) and tell them you were just approved and offer to send screenshots of the approval or find out if you could have Chase email something.

        • FYI, I am not sure if you apply/get approved today will work. I applied/approved last week and haven’t gotten my card yet. I’ve been in contact with Hyatt since my Hyatt CC hasn’t been linked to my Hyatt account yet so they can’t register me. I’ve been checking everyday for the past few days with Hyatt and nothing. I also offered screen shots, but Hyatt says they need to check and get back to me. I am not hopeful I will get registered in time. If I were you and you want to try it, I would keep checking and following through otherwise, you might not get registered in time.
