Here is an easy way to get 3,000 JetBlue points (worth $42 or more) for only $15. Not only that, but you also get access to a whole bunch of digital magazines!

JetBlue points are pretty easy to figure out – they are worth right about 1.4 cents per point given JetBlue’s revenue-based awards program (but can be worth as much as double as demonstrated here). So, this is a way to get $42 in JetBlue flights for $15, plus access to a bunch of magazines! Here is what you need to do.

How To Get 3,000 JetBlue Points For $15 (Plus Access To Many Digital Magazines)

Get 3,000

First of all, until Barclaycard and JetBlue release their new credit card, it is not all that easy to get JetBlue points unless you fly. So, you may have a small stash (or a big one) of points and are waiting to top them off for an award. Or, you just like the idea of free points! JetBlue’s offer with Texture, an app-based magazine delivery system, gives you those 3,000 points for only paying for one month of a premium membership at $14.99 for that month.

How to get 3,000

Here are the details:

  • Sign-up here
  • First 30 days is free
  • You must have 1 premium subscription month at $14.99 to get the bonus
  • You can cancel at anytime
  • Must sign up by 2/29/2016
  • It will take up to 6 weeks to get the points in your account

Texture has a bunch of magazines and by simply having a subscription, you can get access to all of them. They are available to view offline as well so perfect for travel. There are some ones in there that I am interested in so I will definitely do the free trial and see how it goes from there as 3,000 points will still get you somewhere with awards starting at 3,500 points.

  • Your timing is perfect…I was just trying to figure out how to get some more points for a booking! I don’t need them for a few months so this works out. But I am interested in trying this app because I am home going through Chemo and this will be interesting to see how it works. My library has something similar but my husband and I share same account and it is a pain to use their program through Nook and only one of us has access to the magazines. Hopefully I can download them. So I will try it out for the points AND to see if I like it.

  • […] Via Running with Miles, JetBlue has partnered with Texture which is an app that delivers a variety of different magazines electronically to you on a monthly basis. JetBlue is offering 3,000 points (which are worth about ~$42) for signing up and paying for their premium service which is $14.99/month. However, you can cancel at anytime so as long as you pay for a month, you should collect the 3,000 points from JetBlue. Just set a Google calendar alert to cancel the subscription if you don’t plan on using it. […]
