Good morning and welcome to today’s Deal Roundup! There were a few deals that I felt may be helpful to you so here is a roundup of the ones that I have seen so far.

Deal Roundup: Amex Offer Combo, Kindle, and Memory

Amex Offer Combo: Legal Zoom

The first deal for today is one that popped up in Amex Offers this morning. This one has made its appearance before and can be very helpful for those wishing to start their own small business or any other type of legal documents. It is for $20 back on $100 purchase or more at LegalZoom.com. I have used them before and they work very well with providing you what you need at a reasonable price.

This can be combined with portal bonus offers as well. Granted, there are not too many available with LegalZoom, but one that is available is Alaska’s Mileage Plan shopping portal. It pays out 5 miles per dollar on purchases at LegalZoom.

If you were to purchase something right at the $100 level, you would receive 500 Alaska Airline miles and get $20 back on your Amex card that you saved this particular offer to.

Accessing the Amex Offer

Screen Shot 2015-04-13 at 11.21.13 AMLog in to your American Express account and click on any of the cards you have in the account. Scroll down to the Offers portion and you should see the following offer waiting for you!

Here are the details:

  • Must be used by May 31, 2015
  • Must be used online at legalzoom.com
  • Enrollment limited (in other words, save this offer to your card now)

To maximize itadd the offer to separate cards, simply login to your American Express account and then choose to duplicate the tab (if using Google Chrome) as many times as you have cards. Once they are all open, select a different Amex card in each tab and select to save the offer to the card. This shows up as available on every one of my cards – charge cards, business cards, and personal cards.

Kindle Discount

If you have read the blog for a while, you know I am a big fan of Amazon’s Kindle readers. In fact, I have probably given away more of them than any other single item on the blog – at least 10 of them have been sent out as prizes. Well, if you were looking for one, then today might give you the push you have been looking for.

Kindle Paperwhite

Amazon has the popular Kindle Paperwhite on sale for the next two days – $99 down from $119. This model has the backlight that allows you to read your books at night without needing an extra light. I have this model and absolutely love it.

For a $20 discount, this is a pretty good deal. In fact, it puts it at the same price as the refurbished edition.

Lexar and Crucial Memory

If you need new memory for your camera, mobile device, or computer, this Gold Box Deal of the Day could prove useful for you. Today only, you can get a huge savings on Lexar and Crucial branded memory devices. This includes solid-state drives, USB devices, and memory cards.
