Cashback Monitor, the portal website, now becomes even more helpful with the addition of showing rates by certain credit cards.

One of the websites I look at every morning is the portal tracking website Cashback Monitor. This handy website keeps daily track of all the portal earnings – cashback portals, airline portals, credit card portals, hotel portals, etc.

Cashback Monitor Now Shows Rates By Credit Card

One thing that had been a little frustrating at times was that it would simply show a rate for a portal – but you did not know if it required a certain credit card to get that rate. For example, it would tell you that a particular retailer was offering 6 points per dollar through Chase’s Ultimate Rewards portal but you didn’t know if it was for the Ink card, Sapphire Preferred, or Freedom card.

Now see the payouts based on having certain credit cards or not.

Another example was with United’s portal. United often has better rates for their own credit card holders than for those just shopping through the site.

Today, I noticed this has changed and it will actually tell you whether you get that rate having the card or not (for United) and breakdown the rates for Ultimate Rewards by Freedom, Ink, and Sapphire Preferred cards. This is just one more way that this tool is a valuable, time-saving website. If you do not check it regularly, make sure you do! Or you can sign-up for Frequent Miler’s daily portal alerts as well.
