American Airlines Back With AwardWallet

As someone who uses AwardWallet to track all his award programs, it is always a good thing to see new programs added. It is even better when a program that had been involved with AwardWallet returns – welcome back, American Airlines! They had left over “security concerns” with having users’ data kept with AwardWallet. In reality, it was more probable that they wanted people to have to visit their own website to check their balance rather than using a third-party to track the balance. Just my personal thoughts on that, though. 😉

AwardWallet

Anyway, head on over to AwardWallet now and get your American Airlines account added to your account to start tracking it! It can be very helpful to do so, especially with AA’s mileage expiration – I had one friend that found out about expiring AA miles thanks to AwardWallet. To read more about it, check out a previous Tuesday Tools and Tips post about it – here.  Come on, Delta, United, and Southwest – take the hint and get back with AwardWallet!
